I decided that I'm going to try to start blogging on here. It's an easy way to talk about stuff, without possibly getting ridiculed on the boards! it's a little late in the game to start blogging, but oh well, nothing exciting has been happening until now anyways! i'm 31 weeks today! only 9 more weeks to go! so i'll catch you up on the pregnancy. we weren't planning on getting pregnant. i was not on any birth control at the time because it messed with my hormones and was actually causing depression. i stopped taking it and felt fine. i had actually been off the pill for 6 months or so and my hubby and I had just been using condoms and being careful. not careful enough though! we actually had a little "oops" and had gone to get the plan B pill, took the first one and forgot to take the second one! so we figured thats when it happened, but according to my due date they gave me, it actually happened before that. regardless...it wasn't when we planned but we're both extremely excited now. its the first child for both of us. we've been married for over 2 years now. my hubby is a 1LT in the airforce, he'll actually make captain the day after christmas. i'm a student right now, studying accounting, i'll graduate with my 2 year degree a month before my EDD. my EDD is January 22! the pregnancy has been nothing like i expected. i never had morning sickness. in the first trimester i was extremely tired and sore boobs, thats about it. second trimester was a breeze. i didn't really start showing until about 24-26 weeks. now at 31, i definitely have a bump, i feel like a cow. i think i've gained over 20lbs, which still drives me crazy...yes i know, i'm pregnant it happens...but ive always felt big and overweight, and had actually lost 20-25lbs before i got pregnant, so it kind of sucked to gain it all back. i'm not sure what else to put in here, hopefully i'll keep up with the blogging!
