Valentine's Day Update

Not much new to report, but I realized it's been a month since either of us posted! 

 The Ramada is officially booked, we have begun our marriage preparation at the church, Mom is writing an original song for our unity candle (woot!) my dress is bought, and I have a stellar bridesmaids' dress shopping outing planned with my maids.  We have also decided to go with a DJ after all (although the iPod reception probably could have worked just fine, we decided that it sounded like a lot of extra hassle for us and whoever we asked to MC for us).  We have also chosen a DJ company - we're going to book with Bellagala for that.  We are ready to send out  Save the Date emails, and are just waiting on bridesmaid dresses to choose some of the other details that depend upon color.

 As for the two of us, we couldn't be happier.  Despite an insanely busy schedule since Christmas (I've been directing The Sound Of Music at CVFT, which has demanded absolutely ALL of my free time) we have managed to make time to spend together, and talk about wedding plans and keep our relationship healthy.  We enjoyed a nice, though quiet, Valentine's Day together at home (we weren't feeling very well, but we managed to enjoy our time together anyhow) and are looking forward to more time together now that Sound of Music is in it's performance run (no more rehearsals!)
