Well Ladies and Gents(if we have any on here) I have decided instead of just writing blog entries(which i hardly do anymore anyways) I am going to start what i call "The Susie Homemaker Blog" Lol.Every night I cook I will put the recipes up here and every time I cook something new I will critic it and see how it goes etc. Now as I have said in my post on the NEY, I am going to try some vegetrian recipes for Jeana and Desert. Also When I clean with a new product or try homemade eco friendly products then I will also let you all know how that goes. So...Welcome to the Susie Homemaker Blog :)
Well first things first, last night we had a seafood boil, it went really well and is suprisingly very easy to make.
Seafood Boil
1 lb crab legs
1lb shrimp
1lb smoked sausage
6 pieces of Green Gaint Nibblers corn on the cob
6 red potatos
5 garlic cloves
4 lemons cut in half
1 tbs Old Bay seasoning (more if you like)
- Heat a large pot of water over an outdoor cooker, or medium-high heat indoors. Add Old Bay Seasoning to taste, and bring to a boil. Add potatoes, lemons and sausage, and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the corn and crab; cook for another 5 minutes, then add the shrimp when everything else is almost done, and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes.
- It made it easier for me to cut everything up before hand and seperate it into 3 different bowls. 1. The Potatos, Lemons and Sausage. 2 The Crab and Corn. 3 The shrimp.
- Drain off the water, and pour the contents out onto a picnic table covered with newspaper. Grab a paper plate and a beer and enjoy with your favorite type of bread, I used french and it was great with this!

I'm at work right now... I have decided about what i'm going to do next semester... I'm going to work..alot. Then next fall semester i'm going to go and get my dental assisant degree. Its not what i had planned for my college experience but its a plan. I know if i thought about it alot i would get really stressed but the way i see it i have everything i really need in life. Now i have a different option to better my job and have an actual career to the point where i dont have to work at job like this for the rest of my life because even though this is a great job as a college student.. i definetaly dont want to do this for the rest of my life.. So now the only part that i need to take care of which i have at least 6 months to do is the student loan and the application. Everything else at the moment is pretty good tomorrow i have to study... ALOT because i have a test on Monday.but then on Tuesday its my 21st birthday :-)... i'm really excited. I'm having a party at a pool hall thats right next door to my apartments.. I need to come up with some super easy and cheap recipes for appetizers so that i can have at least some finger food... I need to go Monday after class and go to the DMV to have a new picture made so that i can legally buy alcohol.. :-) which i will be doing Tuesday.. So tuesday day i have to not only do i have to do my appetizers, jello shots and go to baxter.. and get ready for my day and get ready for Drew's dinner for me :-) I'm really excited about Tuesday. Then this week i have a test in my math class on Friday... Well it is now 9:20 so i only have about 20 more minutes and i get to go home and sleep.. Well Drew, I love you so much and i cant wait to celebrate my birthday with you.. I cant wait for you to cook for me. I hope you have a good day tomorrow and that you drive home safely.. Well right now its 10am... i'm not too tired but i could use a nap... somethings's wrong with my ribs.. they hurt really bad. i'm here with Dayna today so we're just gonna hang out.. Tonight i'm excited because i get to see Drew.. i need a stress free night.. i'm so tired and can't wait to see him.. i had such a stessful week and i havent really had a break...well tomorrow i get my break.. Thank God. i'm just so tired of work.. i think i might have figured out what to do about my next school semester... i'm still not sure yet... i need to go talk to my advisor.. I thnk i'm going to start talking about cooking on here instead of my life because not alot has been going on lately other than drama and talking about it on here has been almost making it worse for me so i think i'm just going to put my menu's and my grocery lists and that kind of thing.. Lol on another note...Drew is back to school so back at my apartment.. i was so ready for him to be back.. and he'll be here when i get off work :-) yay! i'm thinking of maybe ordering a pizza we both have been wanting one.. Lol Not sure yet.. i might make one.. Lol if i can.. and i'm going to back an easy rum cake soon Yum! Lol Well Drew i hope you're having a good day and i hope that you can find defeated creek and that you have fun when you go ride... i can't wait for tonight.. i'll talk to you later to find out what you want me to do for dinner... also dont forget my charger, the pie dish, my shoes and last but not least your seasoning.. Well today has gone by pretty fast. its 4:30, and i've only got 3 more hours :-) I'm pretty excited... i'm gonna go home and eat and take a bath... and i'm craving pickles.. lol i've had a good day.. and i only have to work tomorrow then school starts.. which sucks because i dont have any time... Lol o well.. i'm hoping tomorrow flies by.. Drew comes tomorrow and i cant wait.. I cant believe he's back... lol I made dinner for dayna and tina tonight and i figured out my menu for the week.... one night we'll have chili and cornbread, then chicken parmesan with salad then i'm hoping Drew can grill out BBQ chicken for me.. :-).. i'm so excited to start my normal routine.. lol Drew i cant wait for you to be here.. and i cant wait to have a good time with you this semester.. I love you dearly hun :-) Lol

So today i'm pretty excited all around... I drove back from Drew's and helped him move into his new dorm... and i got a couch and a loveseat..also a microwave... Tonight i'm going back to my house to rest and to have a "me" night to do all my girly stuff... then tomorrow i have to work all day but i'm going to bring my laundry and do it and go to walmart and do my grogery shopping... I'm also going to make a list of what i need to get for school. Also Drew is about to start living with me again... :-) thats exciting.. and i'm getting a washer and dryer wednesday!!!! BIG : - } i cant believe it.. also i get to start cooking again and all my "wifey/homemaker" duties... lol i get paid wednesday, and get my washer and dryer.. then probably gonna go to the liquor store.. Lol also i'd like to buy some new clothes... who knows... lol o well my birthday is coming up and its my big 21... which is exciting!! I have a new favorite resturant which is the Hard Rock Cafe... cause my sandwich was SO good!! i cant wait to go back!! which is good cause Drew likes it too! Well Drew i've got to go do my notes and I'm ready for this weekend to be over... I hope you have a good night.. and I love you!!

Well today has been really good... I slept pretty good and didnt have any bad dreams but i did have a rude awakening.. My boss called me at 9:30 because i forgot to give her the van keys.. so i went home and went through the rest of my drawers and re organized those and got alot of stuff done. I went to my bank and payed my bills. I had to go to my parents to clean the camper which i had to do within an hour and a half so that i could go to walmart to get apples and gas. I got everything i needed from walmart then got some food and had to go to work. It went by pretty fast, i ate dinner with tina and dayna, made Drew's pie and put it in the oven and got ready.. Then i got to come straight here to see Drew :) He's in the shower right now... I'm glad i got to come up here this week so that i could see him... its really like a mini vacation because im not at my apartment so i dont have to get up and cook or clean or unpack and i dont have to work so i can sleep in tomorrow!!! YES! lol then tomorrow i might go lay out maybe not, depends on Drew's plans....then tomorrow night i'm really excited about it because we're going to the melting pot Yum! i already have my outfit picked out.. and i really hope Drew likes it.. speaking of Drew..he's about to get out of the shower so i better talk about him now... Our one year is in like a month and a half.. i cant believe it.. i found a poem i wrote him a while back from pretty early on and it just gave me the best feeling.. Well Drew you're getting out of the shower so i've got to get off here... I love you so much hun and i'm glad i came up tonight.. o and by the way your shower was 6 minutes long Lol but i love you! ;-)

Well i'm at work and its 5:50.. i had to be at work an hour ago and Thank you God this past hour has flown by and i'm hoping the next 14 fly by as well. For some reason i have a real peace about today.. i feel like its going to just go by so fast and i'll be home soon and be able to go home and sleep... speaking of which i havent been able to sleep hardly at all... I dont think i'm used to my apartment yet.. for the past two nights i've had horrifying dreams.. and both of them keep replaying in my mind.. and i've always heard that if you write dreams down then they'll go away or leave your thoughts... and i'm really hoping this works...
Thursday night's dream-
It starts out i'm in Hobby Lobby and i'm walking with a young boy, he's two and his name's Taylor and he's my son. Well not just my son but Drew and I's son.. I see this Christmas oranment and i absolutely love it.. so I call Drew for about 20 minutes i go on and on about how this would look so good on the Christmas Tree.. the only thing is.. no one is on the other line. Drew i guess had died or been killed.. so i was basically calling a phone number that wouldnt work.. Then i went home to our house we had bought together and i called out to him saying how he should come see the things i had bought at Hobby Lobby and i was talking and seeing him as if he was there.. then it's Christmas Day.. and his family comes over and his sister and his mom sit me down and try to convince me to let them take care of Taylor... then i wake up
Last night's dream-
I'm happy to say i cant remember all of it.. i know i'm at my parents house and its at night.. i go out on my front porch and i look up and see what looks like tons of shooting stars but i realize that theyre actually coming towards the earth.. we turn on the news and its all over the world.. people dieing all over because of it.. and I call Drew to see where he is and i can't get ahold of him so i leave the house to go look for him when i get into town were i thought he would be and i cant find him anywhere so i go into the mall in town to go inside because it looks like it was going to rain..when acutally it was those "shooting stars" again so i try to call him but my phone isnt working because of it.. then i finally get a call from him i wake up....
They really need to stop because its hard to actually get rest. i dont think i've been so ready for a regular night of sleep in a long time.. i think part of the reason i couldnt really sleep last night was because it was the first night i had to sleep by myself and i didnt like it.. lol also i think i'm going to put boards in the bottom of my bed because when i sleep on my stomache its been killing my chest.. its like the beds too soft and when i sleep on my stomache i bend my chest lol o well.. right now i'm having a good day so far and i honestly feel alot better about those dreams now that i dont really have them right in my head.. and i'm hoping tonight i can sleep really good... then tomorrow morning i've got to get alot done. and Drew comes back next week!!! Then i'm having a small dinner party the 1st. :-) well Drew i hope you have a great day and i cant wait till i come up there... :-) I love you!

Well its 4:45 and I leave at 8.. :-) which is very exciting! I'm going to go home and go straight to bed because i have to be at work around 4:30.. which is fine because i'm going to do my laundry tomorrow morning. On another note.. I love my new apartment! its absolutely wonderful and i love my bathroom it looks really good how i designed it. Now all i have to do is my room. I havent really unpacked all my boxes or rearranged my room yet.. i have alot to do in my room.. i still new to hang up my clothes.. and all my wall decor and i have to get my bed and things how i want them.. i do really like it tho and cant wait to have my living room fixed up too! Even more exciting is that i should have it all done by the time that Drew comes back home :)! Which is next week.. then school starts.. which i'm excited about because i really want to do good this semester.. also i'm happy to say there isnt that much drama going on in my life at the moment.. Next week probably i'm going to have a dinner party and invite people over.. which i'm excited about.. I've got to get used to cooking again since Drew is back living with me.. gosh this is exciting. In 15 minutes i'm going to cook dinner for Tina and Dayna.. then i'm going home in 2 hours and 40 minutes.. then i'm going to be asleep hopefully by 9.. Lol Then tomorrow go to church and all that jazz then tomorrow night depending how tired i am i might do my room.. definately on monday tho! Hopefully it'll be done and i think i'm getting a chair from my dad too so that'll be good!! Well i'm done for now.. more later.. Definately tomorrow... Drew if you read this... I love you!! and i'm glad you made it home safe and i cant wait till you come back to school so you can stay with me whenever you want.. or live with me.. if you want.. Lol
