I was thinking about wearing navy shoes with my dress, which will have navy accents. Here is the dress:And here are the shoe choices:(1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8) Which do you like best?
I love #5 to keep the vintage look, white color will give contrast to your monochromatic color of your theme/color scheme over all.

I like 4, 5, & 8 (in that order). But, I think all of them will look great!
