Help me customize my saucy garter..!

So... I've now decided to DIY my garter as well... although I love the garter belt flask holders at Julliettewear.com, I'm a total lightweight so maybe a flask isn't the best choice for me...and I'm keeping rather than tossing my garter, which means I want this to be really, really "me"... so that means some sauciness...

Today, I ordered this lace, which will form the base of my garter, along with some satin Midori ribbon in Prussian blue...

I'm also going to make a secret pouch out of fabric... it will hold a charm or a key or some other lucky (likely old and/or borrowed) item...and adorn it with a patch.  Here are the patches I'm considering...
