Invitations: Stage 1

So, I've finished taking 3/4ths of my invitations through Stage 1, which is the basic invitation stage. As soon as I grab a bit more adhesive, I'll finish the last 25. In the meantime, I have been trying to think out exactly how the insert pieces will look (RSVP card, Map, etc.) and what to include. For OOT guests, I already included hotel names & contact information in the original STD, but I'm thinking that providing that a second time wouldn't be a bad idea given the number of people who have bugged me about hotel options lately.
Here are the invites as they stand with another picture of the rough mock up of the outside (although I may make the belly band and ribbon both smaller/thinner than in this picture)--

Any thoughts on the look and feel of the inserts?
This is one idea for template RSVP wording (not style)-- is it ok to ask the names of the guests or not?
We look forward to celebrating with you!

On a funny side note, I didn't order enough beads to use for napkin rings, but it turned out fine anyway. No sooner had I mentioned this to my FI (because how many guys really care about napkin rings) with my proposed napkin folding style than he actually counterproposed his own choice of napkin folds...which don't require napkin rings at all! So this is what we are likely going to do:

I giggle at the random things that FI seems to have opinions on... it's just never where I expect it to be!
And P.S.....
With respect to the previous post on the favors, I have decided to keep the butterfly unwrapped in its clear box, but to make chopstick wrappers for the chopsticks in a darker blue or green color and attach those in the style described in Category 1, Choice B. Otherwise, it seemed like too much competing pattern for my taste...
