Keeping a running tally... I have an exam in one week and am moving in 2 weeks so it is likely that very little will really happen until after I've moved...

Current hot topics are the map inserts for the invitation, the must take photo list, the table layout, and scheduling the origami crane stringing party (likely to happen in July or August).  I just booked a flight home (Phoenix area) in July as my family had mentioned setting up something bridal shower-like.

TO DO LIST (not comprehensive)

• Finish map for DIY inserts for invitations and address invitations
• Order bulk jellybeans and finish filling RD favor containers (July/August)
• Update wedding website (ongoing)
• Meet with dressmaker for rehearsal dinner and reception dress fittings (June)
• Purchase belt buckle for reception dress, stockings, reception shoes and any remaining accessories for non-wedding dresses (June/July)
• Finish cream puff stand (July)
• Order cream puffs (September); order cutting cake (September) 
• Take photos for postcards; print postcards for OOT bags (June/July)
• Make origami crane chocolates (August/September)
• Assemble OOT bags (add in a few snack items) (August/September)
• Purchase parents gifts, token for reader (currently scouting out)
• Select must take photos, arrange photo schedule
• Purchase sake set, and sake toasting cups (postponing until after the shower)
• Finish lining sake trays
• Purchase vases and fillers for floral arrangements (postponed pending updates on flower decisions)
• Order more feather butterflies (postponed for a short bit)
• Decorate FG baskets (June) 
• Order toss flowers (inquired and will postpone for a couple of months)
• Update decision on pew décor
• Order supplies and assemble new pew decorations (June)
• Create music selection list for DJ (June/July/August)
• Update registry (ongoing)
• Book car rental, book any extras for HM (June/July)
• Have party to assemble/string origami cranes (July/August)
• Finish DIY wish bowl project (pebbles, more envelopes, small cards, second wish tree) (June/July)
• Purchase sign-in tablecloth (changed my mind on original choice)
• Determine table layout (in progress!)
• Meet with caterers; hire event staff (August)
• Purchase sake cups, dessert plates, wine , water glasses, water pitchers, chopstick rests and dipping bowls (June/July)
• Purchase tablecloths/DIY; fold napkins (July/August)
• Meet with officiant (important!)
• Select passages for readings, vows, etc.
• Investigate wedding week activity options (June)
• Make programs (August/September)
