Back with updates (long absence)

There are quite a few updates-- but only a few wedding related ones. To start with, I have created an inspiration board: It's my interpretation of our funky vintage + modern + Japanese influences.

But to back up and explain why I've been MIA.... we bought a home! As San Francisco residents, it's cozy (read = tiny) and in order to get into the housing market, it's also in need of some TLC, but it is now ours. Pictures of the after to follow (once we're truly at "after") but here are the before shots.. we have removed the yellowing floral wallpaper in the bathroom, the brown shag carpet, the fake wall that cut the living room in half and we will soon remove the old appliances and repaint everything.

We have accomplished a few wedding related tasks though... the FG and BM dresses arrive and look great in person! The tablecloths are in transit... the invitations are 2/3 of the way done (but on target for an early July sendout) and Zazzle custom stamps have been ordered. I also had a dress fitting for RD and reception dresses and ordered these vintage buckles for the belts for each (respectively)

I also think that we've finally come to a decision on floral centerpieces.. a far cry from where we started but I'll write more on that later.
