Updates: Day after brunch

I had been thinking that I had not been doing much new post-able wedding related work lately... it seems all our energies are consumed by the new place.  But then I remembered... this all ties together!  We are hosting the day after brunch as an open house at our place... here are the photos of us starting to lay down the new cherry laminate wood floor:

But when taking a break, my clever FI suggested we roam around the neighborhood to find a local restaurant that could supply some party trays for our brunch.  Given that we'd like to expose visitors to the wide array of cultural offerings of San Francisco, we thought we'd first try a local morroccan place, Tajine (http://tajinerestaurant.com/index.htm).  Without a second thought, this turned out to be it...!  The chef and the man who served us were both very kind and warm and generous and the food was delicious!  Here are a few pics of some of the offerings... we had the vegetarian bastilla which was heaven...

As well as some of their excellent kabobs... we were so nice and happy and full it was hard to get back to work!

 I also ordered a dress for my bridal shower... I'll keep that quiet until it arrives..and I have a bit of a shoe dilemna for the rehearsal dinner.  I'll save that for another post...
