Honey in the Honeymoon

Other than to do items listed later, the one item I'm starting to nail down is the the fun stuff (the kind that need reservations) for our Hawaii honeymoon.  I'm thinking that on Kauai, we need 2 adventures.. we can't afford more than that and so I'm debating between:

1) raft & snorkel trip up the Na Pali Coast

2) guided kayak to the Secret Falls

3) some zip line fun through the jungle

4) surfing lessons in Hanalei

Anyone have any recommendations on things-- or advice-- for Kauai adventure tours?  We're saving the luau for Oahu.. we'd like to visit the Polynesian cultural center anyway... and we're open to other great suggestions for Oahu also. 

Otherwise, it's been shoes, shoes, shoes... that means 2 pairs for me (bridal shower shoes + rehearsal dinner shoes)...

 ...and one pair for the groom.  Gotta love Zappos.  Although the groom is wearing these motorcycle style boots, the tux will cover the buckles so they will appear to outsiders to be your normal sedate wedding dress shoes.  He wanted to buy rather than rent shoes, but he's rarely in need of serious dress shoes so... this was actually a great choice!

So, on our "to do" list this weekend:

1. Finish the invitations for everyone else; address them; mail the OOT guest invitations

2. Buy sake cups and dipping trays

3. Buy a ceremonial sake set & toasting cups

4. Order postcard sets for the OOT gift bags

5. Finish writing a first draft of our ceremony (we're 2/3rd of the way there)

6. Purchase thread to start embroidery on the signing tablecloth pieces

7. Possibly work on more developments to the cream puff stand.

...and a zillion more things... only 3 months to go!
