HELP reception site saratoga ny

ok, so i have the wedding site set... but here is what i want for the reception... my fiance and i are horse people we are getting married at the saratoga polo field.... i want the reception site to offer.... well power and a field basically i want a nice dinner and firs dance then i want people to back their trucks up and bring out the beer... does any one know ofsuch a place in the saratoga ny area? thanks
