Passport renewal: check! Well, almost...

Got my passport photos done today. (Gotta renew mine; it expired three years ago! Oops. I kept meaning to do it, but it got away.)

Luckily, Jessica wants to take a weeklong cruise to México and the Caribbean for her 21st birthday this June, so that was a convenient excuse to finally do something about it. And no classes today = perfect. I was in and out of CVS in 15 minutes! I filled out the application, so as soon as my checks come in(wouldn't you know I ran out two days ago?), I can dot my i's and cross my t's.

Will still needs to get a passport, but the CVS I used is right near the apartment. So, once he gets the appropriate funds and the required pics, all will be well. And the best part? By the time our wedding and honeymoon roll around, we'll be all set document-wise, whether we choose Maui or somewhere in Europe. :)

Since I first posted, though, we've been concerned with finances surrounding the cruise, so we're not sure we'll make it. Depending on the cruise line Jessica picks, and the time she actually books, prices will probably be pretty high. It'll help schedule wise to know whether we're actually taking summer classes too, but UCF's enrollment appointments and summer offerings won't come out until next month. Will still needs to hear about his acceptance status anyway, since one of his colleges in Auburn ignored his first request for transcripts, and just recently sent them out! We're hoping they'll get to UCF quickly, since the deadline for transfer apps is March 1st. Then he'll know for sure whether he's in(cross your fingers!), and I'll know which term and what classes I'm taking, if any.

Still, I think we'll get our passports done anyway. My new checks finally came in, so I can finally send in my app and pictures once I figure postage. Will still needs one no matter what, and even if we don't go on the cruise, at least we'll have our passports. We just don't know yet.
