Pregnancy 101

Finding out we were having a baby was one of the most surprising and thrilling days of my life. It seems sureal to have a baby depending on my for life and nourishment all the time.

 Thus far, pregnany has been an incredible dream come true. I'm just about nine weeks along and I have had almost no symptoms to speak of. I'm starving all the time and I use the ladies time all the time, but other than that I feel amazing. Recently I'm unable to stay awake during after work TV shows, but I have plenty of energy while at work which is important.

We see the doctor this week to see how the baby is developing! I really hope we get an ultrasound, but I don't want to get my hopes up. To see my little miracle would be incredible... but it will be great peace of mind just to know that his or her little heart is beating and healthy.

So far, we want the gender to be a surprise... I hope we can hold out! Names have been nearly impossible to agree on with all Aaron's past students, but I'm confident we'll come up with something perfect.

 Well, now on to play practice where the baby will get ready to star in his/her first production of Christmas at Brightmoor. How fun... I love being a mom already!
