Old West Rehearsal Dinners

Desperately trying to figure out where to go for your rehearsal dinner? Have the dinner come to you, instead! Choose a backyard, park or other venue and order up a chuckwagon, like Trail Boss's Chuckwagon in Wellington, CO, to serve up rustic cowboy fare. Sure, it may seem a little trite to host a cowboy-themed affair in Colorado, but out-of-state guests will love the Old West flavor and everyone will like the relaxed vibe. If you're feeling brave, try the Mountain Oysters, otherwise choose from a variety of grilled and barbequed meats paired with comfort-food side dishes like macaroni and cheese and fire-roasted corn on the cob. Yum!
