Add some European flair to your wedding and treat your guests (and yourself!) to an authentic Italian gelato bar. Perfect for any event, Dolci Gelati is an artisan gelato company located in Washington, DC, specializing in all-natural ingredients and custom flavors. Chef Gianluigi Dellaccio uses a 100% authentic Italian recipe and local fresh ingredients to bring you a little bit of Italy in your own backyard. Dolci Gelati offers many varieties of gelato, including dairy-free and vegan options, made with ingredients from local dairy farms and other handpicked fruits, fine chocolates and fresh ingredients.

Dolci Gelati offers a custom-made light-up gelato bar with a sleek modern look, perfect for sophisticated affairs. Or for a whimsical touch, serve up your sweet treats from an old-fashioned authentic gelato cart. Choose from a wide variety of both traditional and gourmet gelato and sorbet flavors including everything from dulce de leche and ginger vanilla to Sicilian pistachio and ricotta with dates poached in Marsala wine. Or create a custom flavor or color scheme to perfectly complement your cake flavor or wedding style.

Dolci Gelati can even bring their gourmet flavors to your bar with creative cocktails. Try a scoop of sour apple sorbet in a vodka martini for a frosty twist on the appletini or a scoop of farmer's market peach sorbet with prosecco for a cold sparkling Bellini.

Create a wedding you'll never forget with a dessert that will have your guests saying, "Delizioso!"

re: Decadant Desserts--Authentic Gelato

I had the pleasure of tasting heavenly salted caramel, and coconuts milk gelato from Dolci Gelati during 2012 Sweetlife Festival. I would most certainly love to have this again at my wedding in fact I am working it into my budget now lol :D
