I have never written a blog before, not really sure what goes in one of these things but here goes....

I am from a small town south of London, England.  I can't think of a nicer place to live, its 30 minutes from Central London on the train & 25 minutes from the sea in Brighton.  Its beautiful.  I have been married to DH for 16 months & we have a beautiful dog named Max who is 11 months old.

I came off the birth control pill Cerezette on the 24th April & have been taking pre-pregnancy vitamins in place of the pill since then.  I guess we'll see where nature takes us.

I bought a beautiful Silver Cross vintage pram a few weeks ago and renovated it to its former glory for use in the future - wouldn't really want to be renovating using harmful chemicals when I do fall pregnant so thought I would do the restoration job before.  It was this move which led us to decide to bring forward TTC rather than wait until the end of the year.

Its been a bit of a rollercoaster since coming off BCP, I have not had a natural period yet, so I am not sure what my cycle should be, I used BCP from the age of 16 so have not had a 'natural' period since then.  I have had extremely sore nipples & have been a bit irritable since week 2 of coming off, I have also been exhausted for the last week... could these be early pregnancy signs or just my mind playing tricks??  My best friend was pregnant 2 weeks after coming off BCP, could it have happened to me too?

I don't know when I should be testing so I guess I will just 'wait & see!'
