I have been trying REALLY hard to get this site in order, and I am hoping that the save the dates will get people to visit...
The grammar is still really bad I think. but that's okay. I love just trying to get people to see what we are really like...

You know how I got my Cathedral length veil for under 20? (it was either 17 or 18)
If you want the rest of the info I can send it to you. Its a rat-tail edged Cathedral veil, it's plain... so we are adding beading and crystals.
Well... I just got the tracking info of

(Bensenville is the town it's being delivered to, my gram's house)
So I think that means I get it today... I hope so, because tonight I could go visit my veil (sounds weird... I know that...) but tomorrow I work until midnight and Gram wouldn't like that too much...
I will tell you how much of a quality item it is when we get it.

That was, without a doubt the best weekend I have ever had! (well, at least with my girls... meeting Josh for the first time was pretty far up there)
The Expo was a little smaller than I had hoped for... like 1/4 the size I was expecting for a minimum. But, me, my one MOH, one of my BM, my Aunt and My Mom went with. We (not Mom and Aunt) decorated shirts, to be dorks... I am expecting to see myself on the site later because they took a ton of pictures of us. Eventually I will get pictures of everything up! I just have sooooo much to do, and not enough time!!!!
The dresses went so well too. We picked one out in about half an hour.

Okay, this is a four-day long wedding binge for me...with a few stragglers.
We did our Engagement Session Yesterday, got our proofs today
Tomorrow is looking at BM dresses. We have a few ideas, but I trust the girl who is our consultant- she helped me get my dress.
Sunday is my first ever bridal expo.
I am going to start trying out hairstyles as soon as I get my veil in the Mail... then I get to try to find a headpiece
On Tuesday or Wednesday, we are getting our save the dates.
I ordered a sample bouquet from this online place with "realistic" silk flowers. I decided to take the $10 risk.
Josh is avoiding me this weekend. he just can't handle me in full on wedding stage.

I just got my proofs back from my session... which was yesterday. I am going to add them to my pictures. Wes was amazing. I don't have a double chin in them! (which as my profile shot shows I have in real life...)
I am so glad we picked Modern image. a few need some work in the cropping area but hey, a free session- I can live with that. (They edit those things if you order the pictures.)
I am meeting my wedding photographer next Thursday! She didn't have studio time when I was free.

I love that I have a talky place, and I understand no one reads it anyways...
I just found out that due to a mistake made by my wedding photographer planner person, we get a free 1 hour in studio engagement session! and it's tomorrow at 2! I am super super super hyped.
I can't believe that this week is this awesome. from Thursday to Sunday, I don't have a single day where I am not doing something wedding-like.

We picked our reception entrance song. which has been a LONG debate for us. and one of the few things that only we talked about
Our BP will enter in to:
Sweet Thing by Keith Urban
We will enter in to:
Feel that Fire by Dierks Bentley
YAY!
Granted, it may change but I doubt that the first song he had as my ringtone, and then the one about a girl with pretty blue eyes!

I admit I am snarky, opinionated, and at times rude. But I try to keep the feelings of frightened young brides in mind- try being the key word. I realize I fail at times
I don't understand why girls join AFTER they get married. Then they are rude to the poor upcoming newlyweds. These girls try to get kindhearted advice. and when I asked if I could rely on someone, I got snotty remarks too.
I've been told if you don't like the advice, don't read it... unfortunately, the rude snarky advice seems to be everywhere. did you not get the wedding you wanted and therefore want to upset brides?
