A Rose By Any Other Name...

So yesterday I met with one of the local florists.  The woman was so nice & I would love to be able to work with her, but I am fearing the cost of our extravagant choices.  I know roses are expensive, but you can go to your local Trader Joe's and get beautiful flowers for a very reasonable price.

Granted, these roses are not hand-stripped and then soaked in various solutions for an hour here & there, so they are not nearly as gorgeous as florist roses.  When it comes to my bouquet, I want perfect roses.  For my bridesmaids I would also like perfect roses.  For my flower girl to throw on the floor and have people walk all over, I can handle TJ roses.  Even for the groomsmen - though Justin has to have a classy one.

 I'll hear back in a couple days about my price quote.  But, with roses costing almost $70 for a dozen, I can only imagine what 4 or 5 dozen roses all done up in arrangements and bouquets are going to cost...

 Keep your fingers crossed that it is reasonable.
