4 Months to go!!

Today marks 4 months left until our wedding day! It's very exciting and very nerve wracking at the same time because of everything that's left for us to do, and everything we've got going on between now and then.

We have several weekend visitors/trips in the next 3 months and plans for fixing up the house a bit before all our relatives come to town so everything looks in tip top shape. Add to that the invitations (that still aren't finished), the favor tags that still need to be assembled and tied to our favor boxes, wedding party gifts that still need to be purchased (oh god, and parents thank you gifts too!), and then there's all the little pampering type things I want to do for myself so that I'm looking nice for our wedding day ( you girls know how it is, highlights, hair trims, tanning, etc.).

So my concern is, when will I find time to do all of this?! It seems like most of our weekends are booked with plans with friends coming in from out of town, or we're going out of town to visit friends and those that aren't, we really should be working on the house. My week nights don't have a whole lot of extra time because I drive an hour each way to work and am gone for almost 10 hours each day at work. The last few months it seems I've been putting in more time at work too. When I factor in my sleeping time, and dinner prep and eating, I really don't have much time left over.

That being said, I do have Friday afternoon's off (part of the reason why I work longer days earlier in the week) so I have some time to work on things then if we're not having company or going out of town ourselves. I'll be taking advantage of my Friday afternoons to get more done, except this Friday, I'm making up hours I took off on New Years Eve instead.   Isn't that how it always is? I'll get started on *insert task here* right away. Starting tomorrow. haha

However, I'll quit my whining now, step away from the computer and go start assembling more invitations. Do you think I can convince FI (who's sitting at his computer next to me surfing through YouTube) to do the same thing? Yeah, me neither.
