New Nobu in Honolulu

Famed chef Nobu Matsuhisa recently opened Nobu Waikiki, on the Hawaiian island of O'ahu. (Find out more about honeymooning in O'ahu.) The restaurant is located in the Waikiki Parc Hotel (sister property of the luxe Halekulani hotel), and some of the cutting edge Japanese dishes include salmon tartar with caviar, black pepper cod with balsamic teriyaki, and scallops with jalapeno salsa.
