New Hotel in St. Lucia

Check out this new resort in the Caribbean. The Landings St. Lucia just opened the first phase of the property, which includes 62 rooms that range in size from one- to three-bedrooms. Each room has a view of the water (the resort is built alongside a harbor on Rodney Bay, near the island's northern tip), plus full kitchens and LCD televisions. The resort also has a spa with over 40 treatments on the menu -- try a body polish scrub that uses papaya, pineapple, kukui nut and herbal coconut milk.

Do not bother contacting this hotel for a honeymoon.  The perso who answered the phone kept telling me "We don't offer any weddig packages at this property."  When pressed for a manager, since they're a new hotel and I figured they might not have had a chance to develop one yet, I was placed on hold and told twice that the sales manager was not in, and the reservations manager was in a meeting.  I was then referred to another Caribbean website, which only had wedding ceremony information.  I then tried to explain that I only wanted my honeymoon, and she said again, we don't offer anything like that.  Based on her level of helpfulness, I would advise going elsewhere for your honeymoon plans.
