Not MIA

It's been a hectic week at work.  Our lab manager left on maternity leave so guess who's in charge of 14 imaging techs??  Ok, I'm not handling this on my own (thank goodness); it's a collective effort by me and 3 other sups.  Of course, this is when major drama kicks up in full force, oh joy!

I am very excited to say though that we are very close to booking a photographer!  I hope I hope I hope that we will have a contract by early next week...just some last minute things to check out, but we're feeling pretty good.  The husband of this husband and wife team also does fine art photography and was in the middle of submitting info for a grant that would enable him to show an exhibit at a museum.  I'm hopping around in anticipation to hear from him next.  I can't wait because I want to share who will be putting our wedding on film :)
