Jen and Ryan

My fiance, Ryan, and I were meeting our two friends, Elaine and Marc, at our apartment to go out to dinner. Before we left, Ryan and Marc found out that they had to fix Elaine's computer at her house since she needed to have a project done by tomorrow morning. So Ryan and Marc left, and Elaine and I went to the restaurant for dinner.
At the end of our dinner, the maitre d’ came up to me and said she had a surprise for me. I opened this huge gift box she gave me, and inside was a photo book Ryan made with pictures of us from the last four years. On the last page, there was a picture of Ryan in a suit holding a boom box over his head with a sign that said, "Will you marry me?" I started crying! I couldn't believe it!
Elaine then told me to look outside in the restaurant's parking lot. I found Ryan standing there, wearing his suit with a boom box over his head, re-creating the famous scene in Say Anything, where John Cusack serenaded his girlfriend. The boom box was blaring Peter Gabriel's “In Your Eyes.” I ran outside to meet him. He put the boom box down, got on his knee, and proposed! I said YES and kissed him. We then went back into the restaurant and ordered champagne for all!
