Kansas City!

So I am in the airport going back to New Orleans... alone.  :(  FI is staying behind as I mentioned in an earlier post.  We are definitely going to be moving here. 

It was a good trip and I tried to relax as much as possible.  But now I have to go back to work and decide when I need to quit my job in NOLA.  I know I'm going to feel terrible because my boss has really been trying to make a sucky situation work, but its just not.  I can't stay someplace where I'm just treading water and remaining unhappy.

While in KC we visited Boulevard Brewing, a local beer brewery.  Turns out they have reception space!  I met the event coordinator and he emailed me the info about the room.  The only reservations I have are about the area... its sort of a warehouse district, not very pretty.  But the room is great!  I'll have to think about it and bring my parents by to see what they think.  I just think its a perfect idea for FI and I, especially since we just recently brewed our first batch of homebrewed beer!  :D
