Bridesmaid #1!

I did it.  I broke the rules and told my best friend for 1,000 years, Cortney, that she is going to be in the wedding, even though we have nothing set yet.  I had to do it!  It was building up inside me and I thought I was going to burst if I didn't tell her!  lol!

We have been friends FOREVER because we used to ride horses at the same barn when we were about 10 years old.  I actually kind of disliked her at first because she was coveting my pony, and she disliked me because I wouldn't sell him to her, haha.  But we bonded and have been friends ever since.

Reason it came up was because we're going to have a little bonding trip back to the barn, and I didn't want to have it come up there in front of another friend who I am opting not to have in the wedding party.  I love her to death as well but we haven't really stayed in contact as much as Cortney and I.

I'm actually relieved, because I didn't think anyone would be as excited as she ended up being.  I was afraid she was just going to be like, "Oh, yeah, okay."  But I can tell she is genuinely happy and that makes me happy as well!
