Want an out of this world wedding? Literally?
Virgin airline mogul Richard Branson is launching the world's first "spaceline,"
which will carry brave passengers 70 miles above the Earth in a
sub-orbital flight. Plans are already in place for one couple to marry aboard the Virgin Galactic SpaceShipTwo -- sure to be the
wedding of the century. And a second couple is said to have booked the trip as part of their honeymoon. Now that's an extreme honeymoon!
The two-hour ride will cost passengers upwards of $100,000 per person
(six people per flight, including two pilots). So how about it? Is a sub-orbital ceremony in the budget?
Spaceline passengers must attend a three-day training
program to get in tip-top shape for the extreme ride -- buff bride alert! Now you just have to figure out what to do with your hair and makeup in zero gravity.
