Have you ever seen such a festive cake? Even if you can't hire dragon dancers, you can serve a dessert that's as colorful as your culture, like Emily and Andy did for their Baltimore-area wedding. Besides my obvious obsession with the vibrant Chinese dragons covering the cake, I think the pogoda topper is a brilliant alternative to the bride-and-groom and monogram ones.
