                        Cake Centerpiece

Food centerpieces are nothing new, but there's something especially delicious about an elegant, covered stand adorned with a cluster of flowers (from Margaret and Mike's wedding in Columbus, OH). Plain white desserts need not apply, but colorful cakes are as artful as any floral arrangement.

This concept isn't as easy as it seems to pull off. Hard to find someone who rents the cake stands, really need something domed like this so you can serve it later (for sanitary purposes), buying the cake stands is expensive if you can't find them to rent....it's a shame because I liked the idea a lot.
