I admit it -- at my wedding, guests found their seat assignments from simple tented cards lined up on a plain table. If you want something a little more surprising, take your cue from Martha and Stephen in Alexandria, VA: They wedged their cards into clear squares stuffed with sand and white pebbles and filled out the table with rectangular vases containing sand and branches with orchids and leaves wired to them. So sophisticated.
