I'm nerding out over this salt and pepper shaker flower vase idea. So maybe it's too casual for your reception (unless of course you're going for the whole outdoorsy rustic-vintage reception vibe) -- but how cute would this be for a bridal shower or bridesmaid lunch? Loooove it!

And you can usually get salt and pepper shakers for cents at thrift shops... definitely an awesome idea!

I LOVE this idea and am now on a mission!  I was wondering what to do with mums since they have such short stems and this post has completely inspired me!
