I'm so excited to introduce our awesome Real Weddings photo editor, Rebecca Crumley (aka, "Crums") -- it's Rebecca's job to find all of our Real Weddings. Needless to say, she knows hundreds of photographers! Stay tuned for more blog goodies from her...here's her first.      

  

"What a loaded week of industry buzz! Bridal Fashion Week just wrapped and now it's time for the Photo Plus Expo (I'm so psyched to be a panelist!). Photographer god Jason Groupp kicks it all off with his annual photo party bash -- 200+ photographers that aren't afraid to cut loose!

And speaking of Jason Groupp, I absolutely heart his "I Heart NY" client campaign. It's taking your engagement session to a whole new level -- equipped with hair and makeup and incorporating our awesome city into the mix.

Love this photo in the subway, so timeless."

It needs to be added that Jason is one of this profession's truly wonderful human beings. Not only is his work creative, unique and awe-inspiring, but the guy inspires me to be a better vendor, a better communicator, a better presenter, a better friend and a better man.

And every other photographer he has helped (too many to mention) will say the same thing.

Glad you highlighted him! If you're in the NY area and are looking for a great city-based session, there's only ONE Jason Groupp.

First, Congrats Jason! You are a fine photographer and artist, and a friend too! As a photographer as well, we love NY weddings, but we really enjoy NY engagement sessions more! It allows more time and creativity, especially in NYC where there are so many different places and themes. Incorporating the real NY in photos is great!
