Wedding Stationery Idea: Vinyl Record Save-the-Dates!

Posted Wednesday, February 17, 2010 12:05 PM

Paper isn't the only way to send out a save-the-date. Custom-designed 7" vinyl records work too!

PS If you're interested, I found a site that offers free 7" label templates -- check it out at URPressing.com/templates!

I love this idea! How did you get enough 45s to send them out? Did you buy them in bulk somewhere?

The link below goes to a vinyl pressing quote generator - looks like 100 vinyls for $500-600 on this site but you may be able to find them cheaper elsewhere!  http://www.urpressing.com/QuoteGen.php

I would check thrift stores and just cover the label. You can find old records there sometimes for like a penny.
