Not only am I loving the idea of a DIY chocolate cigar bar, but I can’t get over those suspended tulips!  The bright burst of color and innovative display would wow any guest. The best part? Mom did the flowers herself too!

I love this idea. My Theme is Netherlands since we are recently moved to Holland and Tulips would be perfect! this was very eye popping. Well done!
