Oscar-Worthy Wedding Dress -- "Miley" by Jenny Packham

This was Jenny Packham's finale dress -- it's called the Miley dress since Miley Cyrus rocked it on the red carpet at the Oscar's Feb. My question is, who do you think wore it better?
