Peonies and succulents have certainly had their day of wedding fame, but now it’s time for them to make room for the newest trend in wedding botany: eucalyptus. Long-renowned for its soothing benefits, this organic-looking leaf is now being incorporated into everything from centerpieces to bouquets. For an especially wild look, pair it with herbs like lavender and rosemary.
