DIY Wedding Idea - Manzanita Trees for the Ceremony Altar

This pretty creation is from a winter wedding in St. Louis that we'll be featuring in full in the Kansas Missouri magazine...

When I saw it, I just figured that the bride's florist hooked her up with this -- not the case though!

Turns out, Courtney (the bride) made it herself. She found the manzanita tree at a craft store and cemented ("cemented" like as a verb) it into this gorgeous vase. Then she attached silver spray-painted leaves, and feather bird ornaments. Pretty, right?
