While we're on the topic of awesome dessert ideas, how about this one? Neither Tara or Mitch were really into cake so they decided to serve root beer floats and chocolate stout floats instead! Feast your eyes on this delicious image - I think my jaw dropped below the equator when I saw it! Don't be fooled, it is not mini, but actually three tiers the approximate size of an average wedding cake. Add one to your dessert bar, or as a groom's cake alternative. Yummy!
