Progress Update

Work has been kicked my ass so I haven't been able to do much in the past few weeks.  Luckily, FI has picked up the slack and begun cutting the fan program petals!  Yay for FI being a trooper :)

Some other recent accomplishments:

- Finalized 1 of 5 fan program petals
- Designed placecards
- Created preliminary seating chart
- Selected ceremony music
- Contacted HMU artist to change HMU start time on day of wedding
- Stalked my photographer on Flickr

Action items for the next two weeks:

- Attend cake tasting
- Finalize guest list
- Finish printing rsvp cards and invitation envelopes
- Decide on a veil
- Obtain quote from florist for new centerpiece idea
- Sign and mail revised HMU contract
- Find someone to alter my dress

Items I plan on outsourcing to others in the wedding party:

- Eh, none

P.S. - can you tell that by writing this blog post (more like, lists after lists), I am trying to: (a) make myself about the 1000 things I have left to do; and (b) make a tangible list so I can check off things in a systematic manner?  I'll admit, I find making lists therapeutic.
