Joe is 33 and Tess is 25. They seem like an unlikely match. Joe's a laid back Canadian. Tess is a loud New Yorker. They're both Italian, and baked Ziti brought them together. - We met at work in November of 2005. I was the "new kid" in a world I had no idea about. After a few advances from other male co-worked (that I respectfully declined), I got to know Joe a little bit better. On Easter of 2006 I made baked Ziti and fed the boys on the ramp.
