This is going to be an extreme DIY wedding. I'm arranging all the silk flowers/centerpieces. My fiance and the family are doing the food and beverages. My fiance is doing the music on his mp3 player. I've found tablecloths and chair covers on ebay (cheaper to buy them than to rent them!!!).
Total budget it $3500. (This is a second marriage for me, so me and the fiance are paying for almost everything ourselves. My mom did buy the dress and my grandmother has offered to cover a photographer).

Pensacola Garden Center (this was/is the most expensive part of the wedding). We will be holding the ceremony and reception there.

NOT the set-up we will be using. We are not having traditional ceremony seating. We will have guests sit at their assigned tables during the ceremony and the cermony site will then become the dance floor for the reception.

It's white gold with a pear-shaped sapphire with a diamond surround and diamonds around the band.

Colors are Ivory/cream, blue, and black.......
Time of day is 2pm, so we'll be doing cake and appetizers (and offer one specialty cocktail, keg beer, and other non-alcoholic drinks)......Guest Count is about 150......
Theme is classic yet non-traditional...and yes, I realize that is completely contradictory.......we registered at JCPenney and Honeyfund.com

I put this together using things I am actually using for my wedding...it helps me to see the bigger picture. There are more/different pictures below. We're not 100% on this cake, we're thinking of making the center layer with stripes. The groomsmen are not wearing tuxes, they're just wearing the blue shirts, black pants, and black ties. The Groom will wear the same but with a jacket also.
