This will be a second marriage for both my fiance and I. However, I married young & dumb the first time at a courthouse oversees. I didn't get to have the nice wedding with a beautiful dress and flowers everything else a little girl dreams of growing up. So I'm determined that this time I will have a beautiful wedding....but I don't want to break the bank. We settled on a $5,000 budget, but secretly (or not so secretly) I'm trying to do it on $4,000.
