This is not really a romantic story, but it's kind of neat in it's own way.
Paul contacted me on Myspace, out of the blue, one day in mid 2006. We didn't know each other, I guess he saw my profile on someone else's page, looked at it, and thought I was interesting enough to say hi to. It wasn't the kind of situation where he was trying to "hook up" or anything- he basically just said "hi".
This initial email led to a lot more emails, and they got longer and more personal each time. After a month or two, I felt like I really knew this guy and we were friends. We still never met in person though. We did run into each other out and about in town... once at the movie theatre when I was on a date, once at a dance club. We just kind of said hi and smiled both times, didn't really get together or talk or anything.
So, we kep emailing for about a year, and then started IMing. Then, finally, one freezing cold night in November 2007, I was having a get together with friends at my house, and invited him to come. I didn't think he would, but... he did! So, then we started hanging out a lot. And then we started hanging out constantly. There was some chemistry there, but we were just friends for about a month, until he asked me to be his girlfriend on Christmas Eve, 2007. :)
We moved in together after about seven months, and our relationship has been... a dream. :) He asked me to marry him in September at the top of a roller coaster. :) And my answer? Well, obviosuly... ;)

This is the church I grew up in. :) They have a whole bridal room and tons of decorations to work with. A wonderful sound system, and plenty of musicians that work for the church if you want to use them. :) The Sanctuary is beautiful and HUGE
