He proposed to me on Christmas (12/25/2008). He proposed in front of my entire family right after we finished praying. It was amazing and a total shock!

Damian and I met November 5 2006. My best friend and I went to another friends birthday party that evening. Once the party was over, we weren't ready to go home. So we decided to hit a after hour reggae club. We were dancing and having a good time. All of a sudden and handsome man came towards my way and rescued me from a very unattractive guy that had been harrassing me. We danced, chatted and I gave him my number...the best decision ever!!! Since that night we have not spent more that 3 days apart! We travel, hang out, and spend time with family and friends. We are so meant to be! He was born in Jamaica, raised in New York, but moved to Michigan about ten years ago. I was born in Detroit and raised all around the city. We both reside in Southfield Area.We plan to have a Tropical themed wedding.
