About Us

Met in college (University of Miami) in 2002, started dating in 2004, engaged in 2008 and married in 2010! FI is a South Florida native. I'm originally from Minneapolis, but have now been living in Miami for 7 wonderful years. We both work in finance, and currently live downtown Miami so we could be closer to the water. We are so excited for our Minneapolis wedding, and can't wait to show off everything MN has to offer to our out of town guests! Pic is of Joel proposing 11/7/2008
Wedding Details

Our wedding starts at The Depot Minneapolis, where our guests will receive free parking and then hop on the bus to the ceremony at my synagogue. After the ceremony, the guests will be bussed back to The Depot for the cocktail hour and reception.

Invitations- "Stunning in Gold" from Carlson Crafts Candlelight Collection. We liked the simplicity of the design. It's hard to see, but the pressed in borders are shiny.
Decor

Inspiration- I love the black and white damask print with the pops of yellow! (no idea where I got this from, if you know, please let me know so I can give credit!

Escort cards I found at Michael's. Not sure if we are going to do calligraphy or print them yet.

We purchased letters like these to go next to our cake from Etsy seller spellitout. Great service and love the letters!! (Picture from spellitout's page, I don't have a picture of our letters yet.)

Cake inspiration. Sorry stetched and weird, but you get the look!(I've seen this in a lot of different boards, so I don't know who the original source is. Again, please let me know if you know so credit can be given!)
Attire

Bridesmaid dresses Bill Levkoff 916. My matron of honor picked these out, and all of my bridesmaids have been very happy to so far. They will hold only yellow flowers.

My dress! I bought this at J Del Olmo, a bridal store in Miami. The brand is White One, and I have no idea what style it is, since the 2008 collection is no longer online. This is a screen cap from the bridal store's main page.

And finally me in my dress! (Excuse the face, I finalyl stopped crying at this point.) I'm wearing my late grandmother's jewlery, and the veil is a family heirloom of my FI's.
