We actually met 16 years ago, when he was dating my best friend, and I was dating his best friend lol. Those relationships ended, but our friendship remained. Through the years, we lost touch and each married other people and had kids. 2 years ago, we happened to meet up at work, not realizing we were both working at the same place(business going through remodel and I worked in one building, he in the other). We started texting, and talking on the phone and within a few weeks, we were living together, and the rest is history lol.
