Invitations:

We bought everything from Paper Presentation. We used Niteclub font for our invites.

Address Labels - I bought sheet labels from onlinelabels.com in "true cream" - you can order the exact number of sheets you'll need (always remember to have an extra sheet or two just in case). It was great, since I wouldn't use all 100 sheets (each sheet makes 5 labels). Click here for a template for these wrap around address labels.

The bellyband and liner I inserted. The liner is a Deco patterned wrapping paper, and the bellyband is stardream "flame". Click here to get instructions on how to line your envelopes. There's also a video here.

my FI designed the maps...he did a great job :)

Back of our possible TY postcards - I'm still working on the front of the card :)

Reserved seat cards

They will be hanging from the chair with a matching orange ribbon

Place cards

Table Numbers

I spray painted wooden numbers (bought at Michael's, $1 each) in gold, then I cut a 4x6 piece of cardboard and glued onto a patterned paper (I couldn't find any Art Deco pattern, but doesn't the gold numbers look great against the olive green paper?). Remove the glass of any picture frame, place the cardboard instead and voila! We'll be using 4x6 white frames.

Ceremony Telegrams

These are my favorite DIY project so far, I'm so proud of how they turned!

These letters will decorate the guest book table. I bought them at 35c each and spray painted them in antique gold (it's a lot darker in person). They are not quite ready yet - maybe another coat of paint will do it.

My dream bouquet

The trim will be gold with a burnt orange bow. cute cute cute!

Table Decor inspiration: long rectangular and lots of candles.

We'll have burnt orange linens and gold chivari chairs

Tissue paper flower Pomanders

I used 5" styrofoam balls and lots of hot glue to make these. Here are insctructions for the tissue paper pom poms

For the ribbon, I cut 10" of wire then I twisted around the ribbon. I suggest using a skewer to poke a hole on the styrofoam ball before placing the wire with hot glue.

I left an extra 1/2" of wire from the tissue flowers to attach the flowers onto the ball, with the help of hot glue.

For each pomander I probably used about 40 flowers (5"x10" strips of tissue paper).

Cakes we love

I bought my favors from Truflle Trolley . Ours will be 2 truffles per box, Kalhua and English Toffee. The box will be orange, with a navy blue sating ribbon (check out the color options). Each box will have a tag that reads "Thank you for sharing our special day", with our names and our wedding date on it. They have so many yummy flavors, it was hard to choose from.

Bridal Shower

Shower Hostess Gifts

I bought mini suitcases for each of my shower hostesses that I will fill with shower goodies. I found them for $4 each at a department store!!! Paper-source.com also carries them. I bought shower gel, body lotion, bubble bath and a body scrub on sale at Bath and Body Works.

The front of each tag has their initials and the back reads "I hope your next shower is as good as ours", with blank space for a personal thank you note. The gray fleuron on the tags matches the pattern on the suitcases!
