We went for 8 days/ 7 nights to The Royal Hideaway in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. My husband and I were treated like royalty. The food was absolutely AMAZING and the service was impeccable.

Ceremony Location - The Church of Immaculate Conception, Montclair, NJ
I will not rate a church but I will say that this church is absolutely breathtaking. We worked with the Monsignor and through all the months of planning/ Pre-Cana etc. everything went smoothly.
 
Reception Location - The Wilshire Grand Hotel, West Orange, NJ
A+++
There were not a lot of reviews to go off of when I booked the Wilshire Grand Hotel but my DH & I went with our instincts and it paid off! Everything was just PERFECT! Chris was absolutely so accommodating and did not deviate from my instructions/special requests. There is not one thing that I would change about our reception. Guests are still raving about the overabundance and the quality of the food served. Everyone from the Maitre D on down treated not only us but our guests like royalty. This place truly is a hidden gem.
 
Florist - Yumilla from Metropolitan Plant & Flower Exchange, Saddlebrook, NJ

Yumilla was such a pleasure to work with. She took my vision and ran with it all while sticking with my budget. When my bouquet arrived, it was more beautiful than I imagined. When I walked into the ballroom, I was speechless. The centerpieces were just AMAZING!

Photography was one area that we splurged & it was totally worth every cent. When we picked up or proofs, my DH and I were blown away. The photos have captured moments that I was oblivious too. They ran a slideshow at the reception and guests were floored with the quality of the photos. I literally can’t stop looking at them…lol!
Millie was our main photographer and Alex was our second shooter. Together, they were an unbelievable duo. The morning of I did a boudoir shoot with Millie and she made me so comfortable. I had previously done a boudoir shoot with Regetis and my DH LOVED them so I wanted to surprise him with another set from our wedding day. They came out so AMAZING and I have Millie to thank for that
 
Videographer - Lifetime Mosaic Studios/ Reel Life Films, Beach Haven, NJ

Overall Eric did a good job on the video. The reason why I am giving him a B and not an A is because one of the songs that he added to our reception recap, I really don't care for.
 
Disc Jockey - Random Access Entertainment, Union, NJ

I can’t RAVE enough about Random Access. The DJ’s and the MC’s that they provided REALLY made my wedding a huge hit. I had the package with the two 42 inch plasmas that played the corresponding videos and that really whow’ed my guests. They were so professional yet at the same time provided us with the urban entertainment that we wanted.
 
Transportation - Santos VIP Limos, Newark, NJ

I rented the Bentley for my husband & I and the 28 passenger Limo Bus for my bridal party. The only reason I give them a B is because the drivers got lost while taking us for pictures which caused us to lose at least half hour of our time.
 
Invitations - Dawn from Beloved Designs
A+ for her services, C for customer service
Dawn exceeded my expectations when it came to all of my stationery…STD, invites, programs, menu’s, table cards, place cards etc. I’m telling you my guests were literally blown away when they saw our invitations! She really made my entire vision come to fruition. No doubt, she is a very talented designer and in my eyes still very affordable. A+ for her services. Now on the flipside, I would have to give her customer service skills a C and this is because at times it took her a couple of days to respond to my questions or concerns. I really think her business took off all of a sudden and at times she was overwhelmed. Nevertheless, in the end she always came through.
 
Tuxedos - Colemans Tuxedos, Springfield, NJ

They were very pleasant and helpful when we went looking for tuxedos. Everything arrived on time and there were few changes that had to be made.
 
My Dress - Custom made by Reem from Memories Bridal, Bergen, NJ

I had my heart set on a few designer dresses but I couldn’t decide on just one. I went to Reem with my concepts and she crafted up my “dream dress”! I’m telling you when my husband saw me, his jaw almost hit the floor! It was more beautiful than I have ever imagined & it fit me like a glove. I also had Reem design a cathedral length veil & blusher with matching embroidery.
 
Bridesmaid Dresses - Manuela’s Bridal, Clark, NJ

The bridesmaids wore a Bill Levkoff style dress in sage. They had a wide variety of body types and this dress was definitely complimentary on all of them. Manuela’s had very comparable prices and the dresses arrived on time. The seamstress did an excellent job on all of the girls’ alterations.
 
Hair Stylist - Michi
A+++
Michi is an absolute doll! I had two trials with her & both times she nailed exactly what I wanted. She will go that extra mile to make sure that you are pleased. She did my hair, my mothers, and my seven girls in record time. I highly recommend Michi, if you are in need of a hairstylist. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.
 
Makeup Artist - Nicole from MAC
A+++
I was referred to Nicole by Evelyn since she was booked for my day. All I can say is that Nicole was AMAZING!!! I had two trials with her prior to my wedding and I had no doubts that she would bring my vision to life. She did makeup for myself, my mother and my seven girls and I can honestly say that we all looked FLAWLESS. She was worth every cent.
 
Honeymoon Destination - The Royal Hideaway, Riveria Maya, Mexico

We went for 8 days/ 7 nights to The Royal Hideaway and all I can say is that is was truly AMAZING! From the food to the service to the location, everything was truly 5 stars. This resort is definitely worth every cent.

Yaz was a God send. She made sure that my rehearsal ran smoothly and that I didn’t have any concerns on my day! She contacted all of my vendors confirming their arrivals and also provided them with a timeline. She made sure that all of my special requests were executed. Both her and her assistant, Danielle, allowed me to enjoy all aspects of my day without ANY worries. It was because of them that I can honestly say we were able to eat and enjoy every single minute of our wedding. They were one of the best investments we made on our wedding day.
